ABSTRACT PAINTINGS
1. Can I commission artwork?
Absolutely! I would love to create an original piece of work for your home, office, or design project. Please contact me to schedule a consultation and further discuss your needs.
For more information on how to acquire a commissioned piece (or to lease), please refer to Commissions. Please note, custom orders will take 10-12 weeks to complete, plus delivery.
2. How is my artwork going to be shipped? What is the cost of shipping?
Artwork is shipped via Canada Post or UPS. All artwork is shipped professionally packed with protective packing material.
All paintings will arrive stretched and ready to hang on premium gallery stretched canvas. Should you prefer other shipping options, please contact me to discuss.
Your purchase will be packed and shipped with the utmost care. If you have any concerns or additional questions please feel free to email me.
Canada & the U.S.
Shipping cost is free for all domestic orders (Canada and the U.S.). Currency is shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Located in or near the Ottawa/Nations Capital area? For local deliveries I’m happy to deliver your artwork (ready to hang) to you personally. Please contact me to make arrangements.
International orders
Shipping cost will be added to the cost of the artwork. The shipping cost will be determined by the size of the artwork and your location.
3. Does shipping cost include taxes & custom fees?
For international sales (including the U.S.), any taxes, custom duties and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs authorities if you wish to inquire further about the rules in your country that pertain to importing original artwork.
4. When will my artwork be shipped?
Artwork is shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive an email notification with tracking number, once your painting has shipped.
5. How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
*Please allow 1-14 business days for standard shipping. For Canada & the U.S. shipment transit time will take about 7 business days but could take 2-4 weeks to international locations.
Depending on your region and the time of year, some artworks may be delayed due to customs and holidays.
*Shipping times may take longer during COVID-19 restrictions.
6. What happens if my art is damaged or lost?
For damaged artworks please contact me immediately and include photos of the damage, so that I might determine what went wrong with your shipment.
If the damage has occurred due to the shipping process, you will be fully refunded or can make an exchange of equal value. The damaged artwork must be returned and you are responsible for packaging and return shipping costs.
For lost artworks, proof of loss must be determined by the postal service and you will be fully refunded.
7. What is your return policy?
I want you to love your painting! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and you can return the artwork. I will be glad to refund or exchange the full amount of the painting less any custom & excise taxes I may have paid on receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging.
If for some reason the client has changed their mind on a commissioned piece, then the deposit may be used towards any painting in my current inventory.
PRINTS
1. Can I buy a print?
YES! I sell fine art quality signed Giclee Reproductions of my work. Unless otherwise stated, all prints are unframed and un-matted for ease of postage. Available sizes are listed along with the price, in my Print Shop HERE. If you have a specific size you need please contact me.
2. How are prints shipped? What is the cost of shipping?
Prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free packing paper and rolled in an art tube for shipping. Prints will be shipped with a tracking number.
Shipping cost is free for all domestic orders (Canada and the U.S.). Currency is shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). For International orders, the shipping cost will be determined by the size of the print and your location.

3. How long will it take for my print to arrive?
All prints take between 2-5 business days to produce and will be shipped immediately thereafter.

Please note that I hold all rights to my artwork. This includes sold and unsold originals, commissions and prints. I do not permit my artwork to be resold or reproduced for profit, without my written permission. I retain the right to reproduce any piece of artwork I make.
